Non-Fault

While your client’s vehicle is off the road due to a non-fault accident, we can provide them with a like-for-like replacement. In the event that we can’t offer a like-for-like solution, a similar category of vehicle will be supplied.

Hire is provided on an interest free, 11-month agreement, which allows time for your client’s solicitor to recover the charges from the other side. An insurance policy can be taken out to cover the risk of non-recovery, under most circumstances.

Generally, the standard or prestige hire vehicles that we can offer your clients are less than a year old. On occasion, taxis, specialist or unusual vehicles may be older.

Our national service means that we can deliver vehicles to most parts of England and Wales within two hours. Most of our vehicles are cross-hired, giving us greater flexibility and allowing us to meet client needs more closely.
